Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product we build. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within the applicable guarantee period — no questions asked.

1. Overview

Check Mídia Marketing Digital LTDA is committed to customer satisfaction. We believe in the quality of our digital products and back them with a clear, accessible refund policy.

This policy applies to all digital products and services sold directly through our platforms and via our authorized distribution partners (including Kiwify, Hotmart, and Stripe-powered checkouts).

Check Mídia voluntarily adopts a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all products, for all customers worldwide — regardless of the country of purchase. This standard exceeds the minimum cooling-off periods required by most consumer protection frameworks globally, including Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor — Law No. 8.078/1990), the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions. Our commitment to a 14-day window reflects our confidence in the quality of our products and our respect for every customer, wherever they are in the world.

2. Digital Programs & Infoproducts

For all one-time purchase digital programs, educational content, and infoproducts:

Guarantee period: 14 days from the date of purchase. You may request a full refund within this window for any reason.

This applies to all structured programs, digital guides, content libraries, and AI-generated personalized protocols. No justification is required to exercise this right.

3. SaaS & Subscription Products

For subscription-based products, including web applications and tracking platforms:

  • New subscriptions: eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the first charge
  • Renewal charges: eligible for a refund if the cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of the renewal charge
  • Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for prior charges outside the refund windows above

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team by email:

  • Email: contato@checkmidia.online — include your full name, order number or email used at checkout, and the product name

Once we receive your request and confirm it falls within the eligible refund window, we will process the refund promptly. You do not need to provide a reason, though we welcome feedback to help us improve.

5. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval. The time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit and debit cards: 5 to 10 business days after processing
  • PIX: typically within 1 to 2 business days
  • Bank transfer / boleto: up to 10 business days
  • International payments: up to 10 business days, subject to your bank's processing times

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • The request is submitted after the applicable guarantee period has expired
  • Evidence of fraud, abuse, or exploitation of the refund policy is identified
  • The account has been found to be in violation of our Terms of Use
  • The product has been resold, redistributed, or shared in breach of our intellectual property terms

In cases of dispute, we reserve the right to review the account history before making a final determination.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues promptly and fairly.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with the relevant documentation. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
